Please note, a quality review of all items are conducted prior to shipment. Safeguards are also implemented in packaging to ensure safe delivery. However if by chance your items are damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. You will be required to return the item and will be refunded once the damaged item has been received. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the cost for shipping.

Refunds are only offered for damaged items.
